Key Responsibilities
Act as a role model in upholding company culture, values, and compliance standards.
Ensure smooth, compliant, and high-integrity live gaming operations at all times.
Supervise and support Game Presenters and Shufflers to maintain service excellence.
Monitor live tables, system performance, and player interactions; take immediate action on irregularities.
Manage table opening/closing, conduct post-downtime checks, and ensure accurate operational reporting.
Perform first-level technical troubleshooting and escalate issues when required.
Assign and rotate team members objectively based on skills and performance.
Coordinate closely with internal departments and deliver detailed shift handovers.
Participate in audits, training, assessments, and company promotional activities.
Required Qualifications
Experience in live gaming operations or operational leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of live casino procedures and standards.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
High integrity, attention to detail, and compliance awareness.
Comfortable working shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays).
Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
Professional appearance and confidence on camera.

This role operates on a rotational shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Current shift structure:
6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Candidates must be willing and able to work according to the assigned shift schedule.
