Job Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within a fast-growing digital platform organization. This role owns end-to-end delivery — ensuring initiatives move from concept to release with clarity, alignment, strong governance, and controlled execution in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

1.Initiative Ownership
Own full lifecycle delivery (initiation → release)
Translate business goals into clear scope, milestones, and execution plans
Act as the single point of accountability across all teams
Drive informed decision-making by highlighting trade-offs and delivery impact

2. Governance & Risk Management
Establish project governance, reporting cadence, and escalation paths
Maintain visibility on timelines, scope changes, and dependencies
Ensure decisions are documented, communicated, and executed

3. Cross-Functional Coordination
Align Product, Engineering, QA, Compliance, Operations, and third-party vendors
Manage cross-team and external dependencies
Support release planning in regulated environments

4. Stakeholder Management
Partner closely with senior stakeholders
Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes with clarity
Constructively challenge assumptions when commitments are at risk

Required Qualifications
5+ years delivering complex technology/platform projects
Experience in multi-team, multi-stakeholder environments
Strong Agile / hybrid delivery knowledge
Experience working with vendors and third-party integrations
Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
Comfortable engaging senior leadership while remaining hands-on

Preferred (iGaming / Regulated Experience)
Experience in iGaming or regulated digital platforms
Understanding of compliance-driven delivery and release governance
Exposure to integration-heavy ecosystems (payments, KYC, game providers)
Vietnamese candidates who have worked onsite in India; open to business travel.
