Procurement Coordinator
Location: Hybrid position in Sao Paulo (Av Paulista)

Hiring process: 1st round - HR Manager, 2nd Round - Department Manager
Reporting structure: Team of 2 currently, will report directly to the Procurement Manager. The Ops department will have 10 people by February.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support strategic sourcing and vendor selection:
- Conduct market research, supplier benchmarking, and RFP processes to identify the best vendors for technology, marketing, and operations services.
2. Assist in contract negotiations and documentation:
- Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to prepare, review, and manage commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
3. Monitor supplier performance and service quality:
- Maintain supplier scorecards, analyze KPIs, and support regular performance reviews to ensure alignment with SLAs and company standards.
4. Track procurement KPIs and budget efficiency:
- Develop and update dashboards to monitor cost savings, budget adherence, and procurement cycle times, providing insights for decision-making.
5. Ensure compliance and risk management:
- Support due diligence, audit requests, and documentation control to guarantee adherence to compliance frameworks (B3, Bacen, LGPD, AML).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Procurement, preferably in technology, fintech, or iGaming industries.
- Solid understanding of contract management, vendor evaluation, and procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa).
- Strong analytical and Excel/Power BI skills.
- Advanced English; Spanish is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
