- Collaborate with Product, Design, Analytics, and Compliance teams to develop a math-driven product roadmap.
- Oversee delivery timelines, quality, and consistency across all math designs.
Game Math Design & Innovation
- Architect and review core math models for base games, bonuses, jackpots, and special features.
- Ensure mathematical accuracy, proper RTP structures, volatility profiles, and hit rates.
- Utilize simulations and statistical modeling to fine-tune game balance and engagement.
- Innovate new reward systems and volatility mechanics to differentiate our titles globally.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build, mentor, and inspire a world-class team of mathematicians and analysts.
- Encourage a culture where data-driven insight meets creative design.
- Guide R&D efforts to explore new math-driven gameplay systems, such as progressive jackpots or adaptive RTP.
Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of experience in game mathematics, probability modeling, or statistical analysis — with at least 5 years in slot or iGaming.
- 3–5 years in a leadership capacity, managing math or analytics teams.
- Proven experience designing and validating math models for commercial slot titles.
- Deep understanding of probability theory, combinatorics, and statistical simulation.
- Proficiency in Python, R, MATLAB, or advanced Excel/VBA.
