Key Responsibilities

Visual Design & Creativity

• Design high-quality, visually compelling materials for web, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
• Apply advanced color theory and visual storytelling to create strong emotional impact.
• Develop balanced and harmonious layouts that enhance content and align with brand guidelines.
• Produce banners, landing page graphics, and promotional images for casino games and tournaments.

Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand campaign goals and visual requirements.
• Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats and platforms.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels and assets.

Innovation & Trends

• Stay updated on the latest iGaming and entertainment visual design trends.
• Research references and competitor visuals to inspire fresh creative approaches.
• Suggest and implement new graphic solutions to improve player engagement.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in iGaming, entertainment, or digital advertising.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced color use, layout skills, and visually impactful designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (or similar).
• Experience creating graphics for online campaigns, landing pages, and social media.
