We are looking for a Founding Flutter Engineer / Team Lead to take ownership of our Flutter mobile development from the early stage. This role is a mix of hands-on development, technical decision-making, and team building, working closely with Product, Backend, and Native teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Flutter applications (web application, iOS & Android)

Define Flutter architecture, coding standards, and best practices

Build and scale the Flutter application from scratch to production

Develop and maintain Native Bridges between Flutter and

- Android (Kotlin/Java)

- iOS (Swift/Objective-C)

Review code and mentor Flutter developers

Collaborate with Product, Backend, and Native teams on technical solutions

Participate in building and scaling the Flutter team (hiring, onboarding, technical guidance)

Requirements

Must-have

4+ years of experience in Mobile Development, 2+ years with Flutter

Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter framework

Experience in building or scaling a new team or project from scratch (MUST)

Solid understanding of Flutter architecture and state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider)

Hands-on experience with Flutter Native Bridge

Strong ownership mindset and leadership skills

Nice-to-have

Experience with CI/CD for mobile apps

Firebase, push notifications, deep linking

Flutter Web or Desktop experience

Experience in game-related products or game service applications

Experience releasing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store
