Casino Business Manager

Job Summary
This position is to lead the strategy, and management of our Brazilian online casino products for the CASINO by:
- Working with multiple casino providers to improve the positioning and the games highlights
- Improving UI/UX in alignment with other stakeholders,
Analyzing the casino product data to improve internally our promotions and key offering - Liaising with the 3rd party providers to improve our offering and marketing/promotional materials, always trying to find an edge to place us in front of our competition,
- Sourcing and negotiating with new providers working with the roadmap to keep our brand always most updated.
This role requires a strong business and analytical mindset, the ability to work with offshore development teams, and a deep understanding of user journeys within the iGaming industry. You will act as the bridge between stakeholders, third-party platforms, and development teams to ensure we deliver an engaging, compliant, and high-performing gaming experience for our players.
Key Responsibilities
- Help define and manage the product vision and strategy for the Brazilian market of the Casino product.
- Build, maintain, and prioritize a clear Casino business and product roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate with offshore development teams to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, compliance, analytics) to gather requirements and align on priorities.
- Analyze player behavior, funnels, and engagement data to identify opportunities for improving user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
- Continuously refine the casino experience to maximize player satisfaction and lifetime Value.
- Own and monitor casino KPIs including turnover, GGR, RTP mix, and profitability to meet business targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and CRM to plan and optimize casino campaigns, retention mechanics, and promotional spend.
- Manage provider relationships, negotiation, and content prioritization to maintain a leading portfolio.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies iniGaming.
Requirements
- Strong business and analytical mindset, comfortable using data to drive decisions, optimize KPIs, and guide product strategy.
- Ability to learn fast.
- Working in the Brazilian market for the past 2 years minimum.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable collaborating with remote or offshore development teams in different timezones.
- Understanding of player behavior and user experience in sports betting and casino environments.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese required
Preferred but not mandatory:
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager in iGaming or working with B2B providers.
- Understanding of Casino business and product mechanics, including RTP, providers, different casino verticals, and casino promotional mechanics.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in a Science/Business/Engineering field
