Mid Business Analyst (i-Gaming platform)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a passion for the iGaming industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a native Brazilian citizen with a strong product mindset and a proven track record of working on iGaming platforms is a plus. You will play a crucial role in defining and documenting the requirements for our new platform, ensuring that we deliver a world-class product that meets the needs of our users and the business.

‍Key Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to define and document business and functional requirements for new features on our gaming platform.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement
• Documents (BRD) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
• Analyze and interpret business needs and translate them into detailed requirements and user stories.
• Experience in working with various 3rd party platform and integration is a plus
• Work closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of the requirements and to support them throughout the development lifecycle.
• Utilize your skills to query and analyze data to support decision-making and requirement definition.
• Participate in project planning, backlog grooming, and sprint planning sessions.
• Ensure that the developed features align with the business objectives and provide a seamless user experience.
• Perform market researches, working with industry analysts, and looking at competitive solutions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and methodologies.

‍Requirements 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience working on gaming platforms or in the gaming industry.
• Currently living in Brazil.
• Proficiency in writing high-quality BRDs and SRSs or User Story.○ Fluent in both Brazilian Portuguese and English (written and verbal).
• A strong product mindset, with a focus on user experience and business value.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Experience with features such as user authentication, KYC processes, payment gateways, and wallet management in a platform context.
